Business Coaching Class III.

Introduction
Business Coaching Class (BCC) is our 10 weeks signature online class conducted on WhatsApp.

This class walks you through starting your Business From scratch; basically converting your idea into reality and seeing it grow.

Beneficiaries
Over 300 participants have directly benefited from this class so far. These was from BCCIⅈ BCCI which was conducted from April-June, 2018 & BCCII from July-September, 2018. Our of the 300+ Beneficiaries Trained, 60 have started their businesses, several who had running businesses  have revisited & reviewed their respective strategies and over 50 have been visited or met face to face with the Course instructor. 

Target
Starting Your Business from Scratch is an Introductory Course for anyone who has recently set up or anyone who is thinking of setting up a small Business or Becoming Self-Employed. 

Course Topics
The Course topics include:

- Business Readiness Assessment.
- Modeling Your Business Idea.
- Setting up Systems that will give you results,
-Customers and Responsibility, 

-Planning and Managing your Business, 
-Common feature shared by successful small Businesses, as well as the pitfalls to avoid.

Date & Time:
This cause will be held online on from 13th October, 2018- 15th December, 2018 (Twice a week- Wednesday & Saturday from 8pm.

Instructor
The Main Instructor for this Course is Joshua Ochieng. He is the Managing Associate for Brim Consortium. He not only Coaches online but makes effort to meet the participants at their respective Businesses during and after the training.

This course is absolutely FREE


Closing Ceremony
15th Dec, 2018- All Participants meet at a Venue (In Nairobi Kenya) which will be communicated. During the Ceremony o share their experiences

Preliminaries to Training Needs Assessment-KPS

A Session with OIC NR&AP.
Brim Consortium in Partnership with #HandofFriendship today Visited 4 Prisons that is Nairobi Remand and Allocation, Nairobi West Prison, Langata Women Prison and Jamuhuri Prison.

These Visits are preliminary stages to a Training Needs Assessment Exercise Scheduled from this Month and Next Month in 10 Prisons within Nairobi and It's Environments.

The Human Aspects of Project Leadership and System Design

The faculty from Brim Consortium have concluded a three days of training on the Human Aspects of Project Leadership and System Design. where the participants learned how to design useful, purposeful products and services, as well as how to lead, motivate, influence, and communicate with project teams from a variety of functional areas and backgrounds. This training was practical and immediately applicable; the participants maintain that they will forever change the way they approach their respective Projects.

Thank You Nairobi West  Prison staff for hosting us from the 17th- 21st July, 2017, for the Entrerpreneurship and Financial Management Training.
Indeed it's was an awesome experience; five days of intensive, transformational, and empowerment with skills training on Entrerpreneurship and Financial Management; the training which was intended to enhance your understanding on entrepreneurial decision making process – from business model
design to the launch of the new venture, to developing a wide range of strategic, financial and human resource planning skills necessary to the new venture planning process, to providing an atmosphere in which you could apply entrepreneurial and teamwork skills in finding, evaluating and beginning the process of implementing
new venture concepts and lastly to sharpen your presentation skills necessary to effectively communicate new venture ideas to potential investors.

ENGAGE TO WIN THIS ELECTION



Overview
Engage to Win This Election is an intensive, one day program focused on the fundamentals of a winning campaign for office.

Participants explore the nuts and bolts of building a strong campaign from the ground up—all within the context of ethics and principled public service. The curriculum does not prescribe a particular set of campaign guidelines or rules, but does provide candidates with a framework for developing their own code of conduct to run a winning and ethical campaign. Participants in the program represent a broad range of ideologies and a diversity of communities from throughout Kenya.

Targets
This Training Targets those aspiring for the following Seats: Member for County Assembly, Senators, Women Representatives, County Speakers, National Assembly and Personal Assistant to Aspirants.

Content of the Training
The Candidate Training Program is focused on giving participants the knowledge and practical skills they will need to build a winning campaign from the ground up. The program may include in-depth coverage of the following:

The application process is open to participants who are eligible to run for political office. Preference will be given to first-time candidates. A commitment to fully participate in the program is required.
