Brim Consortium seeks candidates who have an interest in Training and Development, Political Strategy & Consultancy and Mentorship Programes and can demonstrate academic achievement, and the capacity to be flexible, work well as part of a team, and be socially and culturally inclusive when working with others.

• Be East African citizens, or permanent residents, 
• Submit official academic transcripts by the deadline
• Be willing to commit to full-time work for two years
• Be willing to relocate anywhere in East Africa at their own expense.
